Fiona Foxon

Director
Screen Sanity

Fiona Foxon is a Director and co-Founder of Screen Sanity Australia, a not-for-profit helping upskill families as they pursue digital health in an increasingly digital world. Screen Sanity’s broader resources and tools are designed to support families on every leg of their digital parenting journey — helping them to quickly navigate to the issue that is most pressing for their own family. Since 2018, Screen Sanity has been able to help over 5 million people globally through training, tools and resources.

Born in Singapore with a whirlwind upbringing in the USA, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia and Taiwan, Fiona has been fortunate to live, work and play across the globe, fostering a deep understanding of cross-cultural nuances and a passion for global business. It’s what’s seen her rise through the corporate ranks and have a huge impact in companies like Mattel, Quintessentially, Chinese social enterprise non-profit Ventures in Development, Hong Kong’s first unicorn technology start up, Tink Labs, and now global not-for-profit, Screen Sanity.

Fiona has worn many hats – Managing Director, Head of Sales and Marketing, Project Manager, Founder. What ties it all together is her straightforward and ambitious approach to purposeful business growth and scaling.

A Mother of two energetic children, and an ex-professional Women’s rugby player, Fiona is honoured and proud to be tackling difficult things head on – to openly facilitate the discussions around digital health in communities to help upskill parents, carers and educators to feel confident, capable and excited to work together and create a world where children are captivated by life, not screens.
