As Head of Department – Teaching and Learning, Ryan leads pedagogical improvement, professional learning, and digital innovation at BrisbaneSDE. Through teacher action research, Ryan has led his colleagues to develop the school’s pedagogical framework, implement QLearn, and integrate AI into online lessons and teachers’ practice.

Megan has worked in both primary and high schools in the Technologies, STEM and Esports fields over the past 15 years. She is currently based in Distance Education where Esports is the only interschool event available for students who are already isolated from each other.
